General Info
Please allow an hour buffer from both your start and end time, as timing in the city can be unpredictable.
Need me to pick up a pet from an appointment, or run an errand in a designated service area? If it’s during your allotted time, I’m more than happy to do so! This will incur an additional transportation fee.
Health
All pets must be up-to-date on their immunizations & vaccinations.
I have experience administering medication, if need be.
Safety
I do NOT go to dog parks, for liability/safety reasons. Also, I know some dogs walk around in parks without a leash. I will keep a leash on your pet unless approved by you ahead of time and also only if I feel comfortable. While dogs may have a good recall with their owners, I don't want to put your pup at risk of running off under my supervision.
I can walk multiple dog siblings either all at the same time, or individually, dependent on sizes and behavior. However, I do not currently participate in pack walks and only offer private walks for your dog(s). This allows for more personal time dedicated to your pet(s) and their individual needs. My one exception is if you have a friend whose dog(s) are already well acquainted with your dog(s) and live nearby; then, I am happy to walk you and your friend's dogs together.

I have experience caring for reactive dogs, and also multiple dogs at a time. However, I withhold the right to deny any services, for liability/safety reasons.
Weather
I operate in rain, shine, and (sometimes) snow! However, if your pup isn’t a fan of certain types of weather, I can provide them a quick potty break, then will spend the remainder of my allotted time with them indoors.
In the event of severe weather at the time of a scheduled service, I reserve the right to postpone or cancel for safety reasons (and you may do so as well!). You will be notified ASAP, and any affected service will be fully refunded, if any portion has been paid prior. For planned overnight petsits, if you haven't canceled your trip, I will still plan to come unless it's a natural disaster or highly hazardous weather. I will need to come over prior to when the inclement weather is supposed to begin (and will charge accordingly).

Payment
I accept Zelle and Venmo. For transactions $500 and under, I also accept cash.
For first time clients, I require a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. If you fulfill your booking, this amount will be applied to your final cost.

Cancellations
Whether you're a first time or established client, if you need to postpone or cancel for any reason, please let me know ASAP. I understand plans can change on a whim; however, too many last minute cancellations (less than 72 hours for overnight petsits; less than 12 hours for all other services - except for medical emergencies or hazardous weather affecting your plans) can result in me having to deny you service in the future.​​
Refunds
NO refunds will be issued, unless there was a clear failure to meet the agreed-upon terms; or ONLY in the event of a documented medical emergency or hazardous weather conditions.​​
